Sibyl Colefax & John Fowler, founded in the 1930s, is one of the most highly respected interior decorating firms in the UK.  The company’s current generation of designers have over 150 years of collective experience between them, and are as used to creating 21st century interiors as they are working on important historic buildings.  The company’s reputation is not confined to Britain: there is demand for the designers’ skills and experience world-wide and, even in this country, many of the projects undertaken are for international clients.

The Pimlico Road premises give the interior decorators the opportunity to display their talents in an entirely new context.  In the large and flexibly arranged ground floor showrooms a selection of carefully chosen antiques and contemporary pieces are for sale.  Also on show are a range of lighting, upholstery and other items that can be custom-made to order.  The changing display give a flavour of what the highly accomplished Sibyl Colefax & John Fowler designers can achieve for clients.  Regular exhibitions of paintings, modern and traditional add to the picture of English decoration at its best.
