PRA News Letter 06/11/2020

Dear all,

Here we are in the middle of the first week of the second lockdown. Who would have thought it? I last wrote to you way back in April. The complicated and very difficult choices the Government have had to make leads to every option being tried for the good of us all. I am sure all our clients, old and new, are making the most of this unfortunate situation and doing their best to stick to the guidelines recommended . Keep up the good work and remain positive.

I have received many updates from the businesses on The Pimlico Road to tell me how they have adapted to the various restrictions and how they continue to do business. Lots have seen business flourish online. Do check out their websites. Many are open for business by appointment within their showrooms with excellent precautions put in place to make the experience both safe and enjoyable. Please get in touch with any of them should you wish to discuss a project, make a purchase or place a special order.

I have just been looking at the PRA website and find that many of our  local businesses have not signed up to be included which saddens me . Don’t despair. You can find them ALL on our landlord’s, The Grosvenor Estate,  excellent website This will lead you to our neighbouring streets of Elizabeth Street and Motcomb Street as well. Added to this you can discover all the wonderful shops across Park Lane in Mayfair too.

If you need a retail fix take a stroll around Belgravia and Mayfair from the comfort of your armchair at home. Make some new discoveries and when lockdown is over you can return to both these unique resources for independent retailers . Art , Architecture, Books and Antiques. Food, Fashion, Furniture Design , Jewellery and Flowers. Interior Design, Lighting, Lamp Shades and Textiles. Bathrooms, Carpets, Kitchens and anything else you can think of can all be found in our many showrooms . Happy Hunting.

Look after yourselves and those you love. We look forward to seeing you again in safer times. Regards and best wishes.
